M. is a female-led Brand Incubator and Creative Studio with the mission to build brands based on ETHICS & AESTHETICS for the Beauty and Fashion Industry.
The core of our work is to help creative entrepreneurs, female-led business and female founders transform their ideas, vision, and dreams into a tangible brand that is a cultural status symbol. We do this through our approach to branding based on connection, inspiration, curation, passion, aesthetics, ethics & world-building that speaks to a new generation of consumers.
We focus on creating, building, and launching 360° holistic, tailored-made, human-centred brands that will last. The reason is that we do not build brands from trends, we built them with a purpose to really connect. They are not created by focusing on a “target”, or a “customer”, they are created for a community, a niche of people sharing values, ideas, and passions. We create universes and lifestyles called brands.
We inspire our clients and the companies we work with to be braver, real, and break tabus; to be inspired and inspire their community, to resonate and connect with people, all this through their brand, products, and services because it is what attracts customers and what makes a brand profitable and lasting. Known as Mire or Ella, Mirella is the founder and soul behind M. But she is much more. A Mediterranean endless summer lover, a romantic life liver full of passion and optimism. She has a purpose: to inspire. With her work, her lifestyle, and the little daily acts that she believes have a huge impact and can make a difference and a change in the world
Born in Valencia, and based in Hamburg, she is a brand builder, strategist, storyteller, consultant, and creative director for the fashion and beauty industries. She has worked in branding, events, media production, marketing, and advertising for over 10 years around Europe, with the last stop as Senior Brand Manager in charge of the Beauty department in Germany where she built, produced, and launched 5 international beauty brands and developed, produced and launched a portfolio of more than 100 products available in platforms like Douglas, Niche Beauty or Zalando.
She has always made a difference in all the projects she has worked on, leaving her special touch at the same time that she applied her expertise. She is proud of building brands for her clients recognized by the fashion and skincare industries. The brands and products she has built have been the winner of International awards in different categories, such as best packaging, perfume, and skincare products competing with worldwide renowned corporations. This is only proof that her that work always goes further.
In 2021, after a decade of working in the corporate world and agencies, she was fed up with working in environments where feminism, diversity, creativity, and uniqueness were not really appreciated, instead being buzzwords and a greenwashing culture slogan to drive profit. At this point, she decided to build M. a Brand Consultancy Studio. M. is a values-driven company where the talent ambition, motivation, and creativity of professionals are empowered so together they can create and launch brands with purpose.
She is the leader and keeper of a team of professionals with whom together they are able to turn dreams into reality thank you to her Hub Of Creatives
Her passion for aesthetics combined with her expertise in the fashion and beauty industries leads the company manifesto and mission: “To transform dreams into brands and communities based on ethics and aesthetics to make a change and add value”.
